Return shipping instructions

Please return the product in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached where possible. For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
