The story begins in 1987 — in a time when quality wasn’t a strategy, but a given. In a small workshop where every stitch, every seam, and every garment was crafted with the same care as if it were made for someone you love.

One day, a son decides that this story must not be lost. He chooses to carry it beyond the borders of Italy to Berlin, transforming a family legacy into a modern brand — without ever betraying what makes it unique.

What Happened in November 2023
On November 2nd and 3rd, 2023, Tuscany was hit by a severe flood. The Florentine, Prato, and Pistoia areas were heavily affected. This disaster caused major damage to families, businesses, and the entire region.
For Thefreeway, this event marked a painful turning point. We lost not only structures and materials, but a part of what had been built over decades.
Starting Again — After a Real Loss
In 2026, we are rebuilding many things from the ground up. Not because we lack vision or determination, but because after a real catastrophe, we had to return step by step.
What Saved Us
If Thefreeway still exists today, it is also thanks to the solidarity of long‑time friends, customers, and people who believed in true craftsmanship and in our story.
Thefreeway Is Still Here — And This Is Why
