Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Rules Summary

  • Withdrawal/return period: 14 days.
  • Start of the withdrawal period: from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the last item of your order.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the customer.
  • Restocking fee: none.
  • Sale/offer items: not excluded solely because of a discounted price.
  • Direct exchanges: not available. Please return the item and place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal 14 Days

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item of your order.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear and explicit statement, for example by email.

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned contract, including the standard delivery costs originally paid, where applicable.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we will not reimburse the additional delivery cost.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery costs may not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided valid proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Return of the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Please use an insured and trackable shipping method and include your order number inside the parcel.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in their original packaging
  • with all tags and labels attached

Please try on garments carefully and only when clean.

Compensation for Loss of Value

You are responsible only for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to your individual selection or specification
  • goods clearly tailored to your personal needs
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
  • sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery
  • digital content not supplied on a physical medium after performance has begun
  • gift cards

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product, size or colour.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with statutory warranty rights.
