Would you like to return an item?

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal . This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to register a return.

Please note the following information:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging . You will also need a receipt or order confirmation.

You can return the item yourself using a shipping service of your choice . Please ensure that the shipment is trackable and insured .

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer as stated in our policy.
❌ We do not provide a prepaid return label.
❗ Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

📦 Please enclose your order number or a copy of the order confirmation with your return.
Please keep the tracking number to track the delivery.
Once we receive the package and inspect the items, we will process the refund according to our return policy.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

The following items are excluded from the right of return:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Personalized or customized products
• Care products (e.g. cosmetics)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Reduced items and gift vouchers are also excluded from exchange.

Exchange

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the existing item and place a separate new order .

European Union – Right of withdrawal of 14 days

If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days – without giving any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
